ImageFormat

The encoded format passed to Image.encodeToBytes. Determines the bytes returned (and therefore the file extension you'd save them under).

Value	Notes
`PNG`	Lossless. No quality argument (passing one is ignored).
`JPEG`	Lossy. `quality` argument 0–100 controls compression.
`WEBP`	Modern lossy/lossless format. `quality` 0–100.
